Spectra Orange Welding Curtains

Wilson® Spectra Curtain constitutes the ”near ideal” transparent welding curtain, exhibiting good visibility, minimizing the arc glare better than any other transparent welding curtain, and reflecting usable light back into the work area. No other transparent welding curtain material manipulates light waves like it. With its special patented PVC formula, ”Spectra” absorbs, scatters and filters the light spectrum to create a safer working environment for the welder and surrounding co-workers. Unique electronic hem sealing process and self-material grommets create a stronger product than a sewn curtain process does. All Wilson Industries transparent vinyls meet or exceed the testing of the California State Fire Marshall.

See-Thru Welding Curtains

See-Thru welding curtains are made of heavy-duty, translucent vinyl to provide excellent protection from the U.V. radiation and blue light generated from welding activities. Curtains are made to size, with hems turned on all four sides. Grommets are positioned on 8” centers across the top and on 16” centers on both sides. Gold See-Thru curtains are formulated to disperse light from welding arc throughout the curtain while creating a bright work area. Recommended for low to medium amperage welding applications. Green See-Thru curtains are the preferred choice when light from welding activity needs to be darkened for surrounding workers. Recommended for medium to medium-high amperage welding applications.

Stur-D-Screen Products

Wilson® offers a variety of free standing screen products for welding or facility partition applications. A variety of screen material choices combined with the preferred frame unit provide you with the exact product solution for any need. The Stur-D-Screen product line sets the industry standard for strength and durability in all industrial applications. The frame components are comprised of 1” square steel tubing assembled with the unique bolted corner brackets for the toughest frame product available. Modular Screens are constructed using 7/8” round tubing and the specially designed bolted corner brackets for a durable, non-swaying unit. Use as individual units or quickly hinge together to form multi-panel units.

906 Medium-Duty Welding Blankets

The 906 medium-duty welding blanket is a 24 oz. fiberglass, vermiculite/elastomer-coated blanket which offers good spark and spatter protection. This welding blanket has a working temperature of 1000° F, making it an excellent choice for heat treating. The 906 medium-duty blanket is hemmed on all four sides, as well as set with brass grommets at each corner and on 36” centers. When the sparks fly from a grinding or cutting application, you can count on this se-lection of welding blankets to provide necessary protection. Offering a working temperature protection rating up to 800°, these blankets are suitable for draping equipment or used as a vertical shield to protect from the spray of sparks and minimal spatter. Best when used on an angle incline of at least 15°.

2600 Heavy-Duty Welding Blankets

The 2600 heavy-duty welding blanket is a 30 oz. fiberglass, neoprene-coated (one side) blanket that provides excellent spark and spatter protection. The heavy-duty blanket has a working temperature of 1000° F. The 2600 heavy-duty blanket is hemmed on all four sides and set with brass grommets at each corner and on 36” centers.
