Fendall Pure Flow 1000®

The Fendall Pure Flow 1000 delivers unequaled eyewash safety, reliability, and value that features a patented system delivering a purified, contaminant-free, and physiologically correct buffered saline solution from factory-sealed cartridges. Fendall Pure Flow 1000 does not require costly plumbing. It incorporates a fluid pressure balancing system that provides a constant ribbon fluid flow at the rate of 0.4 gpm for the entire 15-minute flushing period which is required by industry standards. Factory-sealed cartridges last for two years. An integral fluid reservoir captures waste fluid to eliminate spill hazards and simplify fluid disposal. This means the unit captures its own waste, eliminating potential spill/slip hazard and simplifying cleanup. A stop valve beneath the unit allows easy draining of reservoir after use. Available in multilingual versions including French, Spanish and English. Shelf life is determined by date of manufacture. Always check product expiration date. Meets ANSI Z358.1-2004.

Fendall 2000 Sterile Eyewash Station is a state-of-the-art portable eyewash station. The Fendall 2000 delivers a 100% sterile saline eyewash solution via a 100% sterile delivery system. Each unit comes complete with emergency eyewash station sign, bracket, installation DVD, tamper seal and 1-year warranty. Sterile saline solution cartridges are sold separately. Wall Stations

Durable Fendall® Saline wall stations provide temporary and immediate flushing until the injured person can be helped to a primary emergency eyewash device. They offer high visibility (distinctive green color) in a hazard area and are readily available for emergency flushing and decontamination of the eyes, face and body. Each station contains 1 or 2 bottles and is designed for easy ”snap-out” access to eyewash or bodyflush bottles. Wall Stations mount easily with provided fasteners. All wall stations include Fendall Saline Personal Eyewash or Bodyflush and are classified as a personal (secondary) eyewash device. Eyesaline is a preserved, buffered, saline solution superior to tap water for emergency eye care. The easy-open top is tamper-resistant, yet easily removed in an emergency. An extended-flow opening provides longer flow rate than conventional bottles. An integral overhang protects the bottles from dust and debris to minimize maintenance requirements. Simple, bilingual instructions are provided on each unit. The 16 and 32 oz. bottles feature English/Spanish bilingual instructions. FDA-grade polyethylene bottles feature lot numbers and expiration dates. Personal/Secondary eyewash does not meet the ANSI Z2358.1 standard for 15-minute flushing requirement, and is intended to support, not replace primary units.

Personal Eyewash

Personal Eyewash contains Fendall® Saline, a preserved, buffered, saline solution that is sterile. Personal eyewash devices are secondary response and intended to supplement, not replace, primary eyewash units. These products may also be used for continued irrigation when moving an injured person from a primary eyewash unit to medical care. The easy-open top is tamper-resistant, yet easily removed in an emergency. Extended-flow nozzles provide longer flow than conventional 16 and 32 oz. containers. User-controlled volume delivers drops or an irrigating stream of solution, depending on the squeeze pressure applied to the bottle. FDA-grade polyethylene bottles feature lot numbers and expiration dates to ensure quality. Shelf life is 36 months from date of manufacture. Always check product expiration date.

Fendall Porta Stream® I

The Fendall Porta Stream I delivers 6 minutes of uninterrupted, hands-free flushing without costly plumbing. Completely portable, the lightweight, gravity-fed flow begins immediately when the nozzle pull strap is removed. Fendall Porta Stream I is supplied with either 70 oz. of Fendall Saline Concentrate which, when mixed with tap water provides 6 gallons of Fendall Saline solution or Fendall Water Additive, enough for 14-16 gallons of water. This portable unit may be mounted on a wall, mobile cart or mobile stand. Can be easily and affordably placed near most workplace hazards with single bracket mounting device or transported with optional universal cart or universal stand (sold separately). The highly visible green color provides easy identification in an emergency situation. Simple nozzle strap is easily removed for hands-free flushing, leaving hands free to hold eyelids open. One-piece, molded construction has low maintenance with no moving parts, simply change and clean the unit every six months. The large fill hole simplifies refilling and cleaning. Illustrated operating instructions are printed on the unit itself. Unit is suitable for nuisance situations such as dust or particle flushing where a 15-minute flushing device is not a requirement.

Fendall Porta Stream® II Eyewash Station

The Fendall Porta Stream II eyewash station offers versatile portability and a full 15-minutes of uninterrupted flushing without costly plumbing. Self-contained, each model features a nozzle strap that is easily removed to activate flushing, leaving hands free to hold eyelids open. The highly visible green color provides easy identification in an emergency situation. Each portable unit may be mounted on a wall or mobile cart. A molded handle accepts hanging bracket for vertical or horizontal surface installation. Versatile flushing fluid options include Fendall Saline, a preserved, buffered solution superior to tap water for emergency eye care. An industry-compliant 15-minute flow cycle from a large 16-gallon reservoir permits thorough eye flushing by providing a 0.4 gpm flow rate over the eyes. A large fill hole with lockable fill cap simplifies refilling and cleaning every six months and reduces risk of possible tampering. The 200 and 230 Series comes complete with Fendall Saline Concentrate. Meets all applicable ANSI standards including ANSI Z358.1-2004.

Fendall® Saline Concentrate

Fendall® Saline Concentrate refills deliver the proven advantages of buffered, saline solution. It is physiologically balanced to match natural tears and aid in reducing additional damage to the injured eye when flushed properly. Specifically formulated to be mixed with potable water and provides a cost-effective solution for the eyewash refills. Mix with clean, potable water (10:1 ratio). The large 180 oz. bottle makes 14-16 gallons; the small (70 oz.) bottle makes 5-7 gallons.
