Products:Revolution™ Harnesses
 The Revolution Harness features a comfortable fit, ease-of-use, style, durability, and industry compliance. Significant features include ErgoArmor™ semi-flexible back shield for protective impact resistance, DualTech™ webbing with shape-retention memory tested to 7000 lbs. which conforms to body surface, PivotLink™ connection design for greater comfort in bending mobility, and quick release cam buckles for fast, convenient one-hand adjustments. Oversized D-rings minimize the possibility of false connections. A modular attachment overall design provides multiple connection points for belts, tools and accessories. The Revolution Harness meets applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA requirements.
Revolution™ Construction Harnesses
Revolution Construction Harnesses feature many new innovations including Type 10 webbing, mating buckle chest straps, cam buckles, stand-up D-ring, self-contained label pack, web finials, and an integrated back and shoulder pad. The PivotLink™ connection offers a unique rotary action that provides a convenient attachment point for belts, tools and accessories. The universally-sized Revolution Harness meets applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA requirements.
DuraFlex® Stretchable Harnesses
This patented harness webbing features specially formulated webbing that stretches to provide greater comfort, im-proved safety and increased productivity. Solid colored leg straps for easier donning. Back strap prevents user from falling out of harness. Belt loops accommodate belts, back pad and other accessories. Meets applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA standards.
Manyard® Shock-Absorbing Lanyards
Lanyard includes a special woven shock-absorbing inner core that smoothly expands up to 42” to reduce fall arrest forces. Outer heavy-duty tubular jacket serves as a backup web lanyard. Unique warning flag provides visual proof that a lanyard has been involved in a fall and should be removed from service. Other features include 3/4” locking snap hooks and inspection log label. Standard 6’ length shown. Meets applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA standards.
Manyard® II Stretchable Shock-Absorbing Lanyards
Contracts from 6’ to 4’ to greatly reduce the chances of tripping, snagging or dragging. Manyard II lanyards include a special woven shock absorbing inner core that smoothly expands up to 42” to reduce fall arrest forces. Outer heavy-duty tubular jacket serves as a backup web lanyard. Unique warning flag provides visual proof that a lanyard has been involved in a fall and should be removed from service. Other features include locking snap hooks with 3/4” gate opening, locking rebar hooks with 2 1/2” gate opening, and inspection log label. Standard 6’ length shown. BackBiter® Tie-Back Lanyards
Designed specifically for tie-back use, the BackBiter features include: SoftStop® shock absorber pack, locking Miller 5K® snap hook(s), locking snap hook (3/4” gate opening), and heavy-duty Cordura® nylon webbing. BackBiter is available in single or twin-leg configurations. Twin-leg models can be used for 100% tie-off requirements. Standard 6’ length. Meets applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA standards.
Adjustable Web Positioning Lanyard
Adjustable Restraint/Positioning Lanyard is ideal for positioning in conjunction wwith a full body harness. Easily attaches to D-rings on any standard harness. Features locking snap hooks at each end. Adjustable to allow workers to set the lanyard length from 4’ to 6’ based on the work environment. Lanyard meets applicable OSHA and ANSI standards. For positioning only. Not for fall protection.
StretchStop® Lanyards with SofStop® Shock Absorbers
When contracted from 6’ to 4’, the StretchStop Lanyard minimizes the chances of tripping. The integral SoftStop shock absorber pack is specially designed with a woven inner core that smoothly expands up to 42” to reduce fall arrest forces. A heavy-duty back-up safety strap is incorporated for added safety protection. Features two locking snap hooks (3/4” gate openings). Standard 6’ length. Meets applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA standards.
MightyLite Self-Retracting Lifelines
MightyLite Self-Retracting Lifelines are ideally suited to a variety of construction, industrial, warehouse, utility and con-fined space applications. The compact design with double swivels (on snap hook and on top of unit) make the units perfect for hard-to-mount locations and permanent mounts. Constructed with corrosion-resistant aluminum/stainless steel for long life. Automatic inertia brakes engage during a fall - limiting falls to 24” or less. No annual factory recertification required. Meets OSHA, ANSI, CSA Z259.2.2 Type 2 standards.
MiniLite® Fall Limiter
Self-retracting 11’ web lanyard with a quick activating braking system limits a free fall to inches. In contrast to shock absorbing lanyards, the fall limiter eliminates the need for extended fall distance clearance thereby minimizing injuries and making rescue easier. Includes a steel twist-lock carabiner and a stainless steel swivel shackle. Meets OSHA, ANSI, CSA Z259-2.2 Type 1 requirements.
Falcon™ Self-Retracting Lifelines
This extremely durable and strong lifeline is designed to be the toughest, most rugged and nearly indestructible lifeline solution. Its corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminum internal components extend the service life and reduce replacement costs. The unique side payout design reduces wear on the entry guide bushing and cable for smooth operation and less drag. Dual swivels (unit top and snap hook) to minimize twisting. The improved load indicator on the snap hook identifies when the unit needs to be removed from service. These models include 3/16” stainless steel wire rope with tagline and carabiner. No annual factory recertification required. Meets applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA standards. 310 lbs. capacity.
Grip™ Anchorage Connectors
Establish a safe anchor point by inserting the anchor into a properly sized, cured concrete hole. A safe anchor point is established by drilling a hole in cured concrete and inserting the anchor. Unit is reusable and designed for a single user fall protection in vertical/overhead applications. Constructed of stainless steel, aluminum and other non-corrosive materials for a longer service life. Meets applicable OSHA and ANSI standards.
MightyEvac® Confined Space Self-Retracting System
The MightEvac Self-Retracting Lifeline (SRL) retrieval hoist system combines the superior performance and reliability of the MightyLite SRL with a quick-activating retrieval mechanism for emergency situations. Promotes quick and easy res-cue with a 4:1 mechanical advantage, with an average speed of 25’ per minute. Other features include quick-activating braking mechanism to arrest a free fall within 2’, a 310 lb. weight capacity, corrosion-resistant stainless steel/aluminum components and rope. Optional mounting bracket available. Ask about galvanized, stainless steel or Kevlar® rope op-tions in lengths of 50’, 100’ or 130’. Tripod is made from high-strength aluminum weighing only 42 lbs. Permanent Roof Anchors
This roof anchor is designed to provide permanent anchorage points when securely installed on wood, roof or vertical walls. Constructed of stainless steel, this powerful anchor is intended to provide fall protection for a single worker. It’s supplied with 8 - 16 diameter nails. Single or double D-ring configurations offered. Meets applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA standards.
ShadowLite Beam Anchor
Easily and securely connect horizontally to I-beam and H-beam flanges providing a single worker with a moveable anchor system they can depend on. Once attached, they easily slide along the beam with the worker providing increased mobility, increased safety and increased productivity. Constructed of lightweight aluminum and bronze, it’s adjustable and easy to install. This unit fits flange sizes 3” to 14”. Meets all applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA requirements and standards.

Bandit™ Tool Lanyard
Bandit Tool Lanyard is designed to be attached to the worker’s waist belt while still allowing enough freedom-of-movement to perform the task at hand. Tools may be attached using the carabiner or by looping the cord around the tool and cinching tight. There is a loop for waist belt attachment and a lightweight, aluminum mini-carabiner and cord adjuster for tool attachment.
Cross-Arm Anchorage Strap
Specially designed to be wrapped around beams to form a secure anchor point for lanyards or other connecting devices. Made from 2” webbing for maximum strength, the 6’ strap features a 2” D-ring at one end that easily passes through a 3” ring at the opposite end.
Body Belt
Body belts are used to maintain a worker’s position in operations such as setting forms, tying rebar, etc. Belts feature heavy-duty webbing with built-in pad for comfort. Includes two side D-rings. Note: Not intended for fall protection. For positioning only.
Aerial Lift Boom Strap
The aerial lift boom strap is made of 2” webbing and includes a sliding D-ring for proper placement on booms. Includes adjustable buckle that easily tightens into position.
Universal Body Belt
The Universal Body Belt is used during work positioning in such operations as setting forms or tying rebar. Can be used in conjunction with a full body harness to provide complete fall protection. Belts feature 1 3/4” (44mm) webbing for comfort. Tongue buckle with 11 grommets ensures a proper fit. Universal - One size fits all. Scorpion™ Personal Fall Limiter
The lightweight compact design of the 9’ Scorpion Personal Fall Limiter requires less fall clearance, offers greater mobility and reduces tripping hazards. There is greater versatility through dual operation; attach directly to the harness D-ring for use as a personal fall limiter or use as a traditional self-retracting lifeline. Features include a quick-activating, high strength stainless steel braking system to arrest free falls, and a visual load indicator to warn when the unit must be removed from service. No annual factory recertification required. Meets applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA standards.
Relief Step™ Safety Device
The Relief Step safety device alleviates the effects of orthostatic intolerance, also known as suspension trauma. If a fall occurs, a person becomes suspended in a harness and remains both vertical and sedentary for a period of time, causing blood to ”pool” in the veins of the legs. Subsequently, blood is restricted to the brain and other major organs and may initially result in unconsciousness. If not rescued promptly, serious injury or death may occur. The Relief Step is designed to provide a short-term solution to alleviate suspension trauma. Small and lightweight, the Relief Step can be attached to any brand full body harness. By utilizing two Relief Steps, one for each leg/foot, a greater level of comfort is assured until rescue is completed.
Rope Grab With Lanyard
Constructed of plated steel, the Rope Grab is designed with an attached 4’ Manyard® Shock Absorbing Lanyard and a locking snap hook with a 3/4” throat opening. Accommodates 3/4” or 5/8” rope tunnel. Rope Grab meets applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA Z259.2.1-98 standards.
Titan™ Full Body Harnesses
Full body harnesses feature a sliding back D-ring which keeps worker in an upright position in the event of a fall. Lightweight, durable webbing provides all day comfort and dependability. Available in standard or stretch. Universal sizing fits most. All Titan harnesses meet applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA standards. Rated at 310 lbs.
Titan™ Construction Fall Protection Kit
The Construction Fall Protection Kit is an all-in-one kit designed specifically for the construction industry. The kit comes complete with everything workers will need to keep them safe and secure. Complete with one universal-sized harness (T4500) with tongue buckle leg straps, one 6’ tubular shock absorbing lanyard (T5111), and one 6’ cross-arm strap anchorage connector (T7314). The sliding, back D-ring and sub-pelvic strap provide stability to the worker in case of a fall. Meets applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA standards. Rated at 310 lbs.

Titan™ Anchorage Connectors
Anchorage Connectors are commonly used in conjunction with a tie-off point, normally an I-beam, column, rebar, scaffolding, roof truss or other structural member. An anchorage connector is used to join the connecting device to the anchor point when a direct connection does not exist. It is important to select the proper anchorage connector for ultimate safety. Anchorages and anchorage connectors must be easily accessible, capable of supporting 5,000 lbs. of force per worker, and they must be located high enough for a worker to avoid contact with a lower level should a fall occur. Meets applicable OSHA, ANSI standards and CSA certifications.
Titan™ Roofing Fall Protection Kits
A comprehensive kit created for roofing fall protection. The Roofing Fall Protection Kit includes one full body, universal-sized harness with tongue buckle leg straps (T4500), one 3’ shock-absorbing lanyard (T6111), a reusable roof anchor with D-ring attachment, one 5/8” trailing rope grab (8173) and 50’ of high-strength rope lifeline (T300L-5). When roofing is complete, the reusable roof anchor can be removed and stored for the next job. Meets applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA standards. Rated at 310 lbs.
Titan™ Self-Retracting Lifeline
Web lifeline is lightweight and durable, making it ideal for overhead installation in construction and general mainten-ance applications. Limits a free fall to less than 2’.
