The T82 Single Gas Monitor offers superior personal gas monitoring at a moderate price, without sacrificing convenience or ease of use. Advanced "smart" sensor technology allows the T82 to detect any one of 13 gases, including oxygen, making it ideal for a variety of hazardous applications. The T82 provides STEL and TWA readings. Datalogging versions provide on-board storage of up to 90 hours of survey data at one-minute intervals with downloading into a Windows based software platform.

Providing simplified, single-button operation and calibration functions, the instruments offer continuous monitoring and simultaneous LCD display of any one of the following gases: oxygen, carbon monoxide, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen cyanide, hydrogen sulfide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, phosphine, or sulfur dioxide.

The T82, with its enhanced, plug-in pre-calibrated "smart" sensor modules, automatically recognizes and adjusts to any sensor upgrades. Lightweight and compact, the monitors provide superior RFI shielding and a 90 dB audible and ultra-bright visual alarm. An optional internal vibrating alarm provides additional warning in high noise environments.

Models are equipped with a disposable 9-volt alkaline battery, which provides typically 2,300 hours runtime, and optional lithium batteries will provide up to 4000 hours continuous operation. All monitors are compatible with Industrial Scientific's DS1000 Docking StationTM.
