For personnel monitoring under the most demanding hazardous gas conditions, including offshore oil rigs and underground mines, this little instrument is tough to beat for reliability and simplicity. Using Draeger sensor technology, the Pac III provides for reliability and simplicity, as well as being a fast and accurate response to hazardous gas levels, with an attention getting 95 dB alarm. Alarm levels can be set for TWA and STEL. Gas concentration is continuously shown on the high intensity LED. A datalogging kit is an optional rental item. It provides graphic or spread sheet analysis of exposure at TWA, STEL or ceiling values.
