Eye and Skin Flush Stations

Emergency eye and skin flush stations are designed for the successful treatment of acid and alkali burns. These low-profile, compact sized stations are easy-to-use and feature an ”easy-to locate” color combination. Station back plate is designed to hold 16 oz. or 32 oz. bottles using a unique positive shock cord retention system. Easy-to-understand instructions use illustrations to overcome language barriers.

Safe Stream System™

Safe Stream System eye wash stations offer a portable self-contained eyewash system with 15-minute flow rate. The system features one-step activation with a consistent flow rate of eye flushing fluid. Contains two convenient rigid bottles of flushing fluid that are self-contained and isolated from atmospheric contaminants. Weighs 50% less than conventional systems. Easy wall mounting makes installation simple. Virtually maintenance-free. Meets ANSI Z358.1 standards.

Gravity Flow Eye Wash Station

Eye wash wall unit with specially engineered design provides maximum flow to insure fast, effective aid. Includes steel wall brackets for easy mounting, a drainage hose, bacteriostatic additive and a test log card. Flow-activated in less than 1-second. Flow times: 16 gallons - over 15 minutes (0.4 gpm). The 16-gallon station weighs 16 lbs. (145 lbs. filled). Meets ANSI Z358.1 standards.

G1540 16 Gallon Portable Eye Wash

Self-contained gravity flow eye wash units use gravity to deliver water through dual spray heads. Units deliver over 0.4 gpm for 15 minutes, thus complying with the provisions of ANSI Z358.1 for eye washes. Units have a rugged plastic tank that can be installed in a wide variety of locations. These units are ideal for use where a continuous supply of potable water is not available, especially in remote plant areas, low traffic and/or low hazard areas. Includes ANSI compliant identification sign. Includes steel wall brackets for easy mounting, a drainage hose, bacteriostatic additive and a test log card. G1600 Series Emergency Showers

10” diameter shower head is orange ABS plastic (G1635) or stainless steel (G1635SSH). 1” IPS chrome-plated brass stay-open ball valve. Valve is US-made with chrome-plated brass ball and Teflon® seals. Furnished with stainless steel actuating arm and 29” stainless steel pull rod. 1” NPT female inlet supply. G1100 and G1101 EyeSafe™ and EyeSafeX™ Faucet Mounted Eye Washes

EyeSafe™ faucet-mounted eye washes convert any faucet into an emergency eye wash station without interfering with normal faucet operation. An EyeSafe™ unit can be installed at any sink, close to where accidents might occur. In an emergency, unit is quickly located and activated, and provides an unlimited supply of potable water for rinsing the user’s eyes. The G1101 aerated heads (X-model) is mounted 5” apart from the source. Units meet ANSI Z358.1 standard as personal eye wash, but NOT as a primary eye wash.

G1814 Series Wall Mounted Eye Washes

Eye wash for wall mounting. Two GS-Plus™ spray-type outlet heads delivery a flood of water for rinsing eyes. The G1814BC unit has a stainless steel cover to protect bowl from dust, dirt and other contaminants. Choice of stainless steel or ABS plastic bowl. Includes ANSI compliant identification sign. These units meet ANSI Z358.1 standard as primary eye washes.

G1902 Safety Stations

Combination eye wash and shower safety station. Two GS-Plus™ spray-type outlet heads deliver a flood of water for rinsing eyes. The G1902HFC eye wash is activated by flag handle or foot treadle. The G1902BC eye wash has a stainless steel cover to protect bowl from dust, dirt and other contaminants. Cover is raised automatically when flag handle is activated. Cover closes when handle is returned to closed position. Choice of stainless steel or ABS plastic bowl. These units meet ANSI Z358.1 standard as primary eye wash/shower. G1825 Pedestal Mounted Eye Washes

Free standing, pedestal mounted eye wash. Two GS-Plus™ spray-type spray heads deliver a flood of water for rinsing eyes. The G1825HFC eye wash’s water flow is activated by either flag handle or foot treadle. Choice of stainless steel or ABS plastic bowl. The G1825BC unit has stainless steel cover to protect bowl from dust, dirt and other contaminants.

Portable Eye Washes - 10 and 15-Gallon

Self-contained eye wash and/or drench hose units are ideal where a continuous supply of portable water is not available. These units may be used in low traffic areas, low hazard areas or where installation of plumbed equipment is not cost- effective. Ten gallon units provide approximately 8.3 usable gallons (31.4 liters) of water and fifteen gallon units provide approximately 12.8 usable gallons (48.5 liters) of water for effective rinsing of eyes, face or body. Eyewash meets ANSI Z2358.1 primary. Note that, under ANSI Z358.1-2004, drench hose units supplement but do not replace other types of emergency equipment.

G5000 Drench Hose Units

Dual purpose eye wash/drench hose for wall and deck mounting. Unit meets the provisions of ANSI Z358.1 as both a primary eye wash and drench hose. Unit may be left in the mounting bracket (G5026) or deck flange (G5022) for use as a fixed eye wash, leaving user’s hands free. Alternatively, unit may be removed for use as a drench hose to rinse any part of the user’s eyes, face or body. Includes ANSI compliant identification sign.
