The hasp is constructed of tough and durable nylon for strength and durability in the field. It can accommodate up to six padlocks, which allows up to six workers to apply their own personal locks. Highly visible red color identifies the padlock for lockout use. All metal parts are zinc coated or non-corroding. Steel cable (3/16”) is rated at 1000 lbs. minimum pull strength at the weakest point, which prevents accidental energizations. Cables are PVC coated, which provides wear-resistance for the cable and scratch resistance for the mechanisms and devices they are used on. Available in 6’ or 10’ cable lengths.

E-Safeā¢ Plug Lockouts
The E-Safe ”Lock-A-Plug” completely encloses the plug from any accidental reconnection. The electrical cable is inserted through the opening and then closed. The single entry (LP110) or multiple entry (LP550) locking system avoids usage by unauthorized personnel during critical times. The E-Safe is a practical and positive protection system. Made of polypropylene plastic which means it is totally dielectric and resists cold or hot temperatures up to 300Ā°F. LP110 accepts 110 VAC and certain models of the 220 VAC plugs (up to 1 3/4” x 1 3/4” x 1 3/4”) with a maximum cable diameter of 1/2”. LP550 accepts 220 VAC and 550 VAC plugs (up to 3” x 3” x 6 3/4”) with a maximum cable diameter of 1”. Both styles have a sliding closure design with integrated multiple lockout.

M-Safe Nylon Lockout Hasps
M-Safe heavy-duty nylon lockout hasps are made entirely of dielectric nylon. The hasp is a Hi-Viz red color and holds from one to six padlocks ā allowing users to properly lockout equipment and prevent accidental operation. It is non-conductive and chemical resistant for strength and durability.

V-Safeā¢ Valve Cover Lockouts
The V-Safe valve cover lockout system helps you to properly lockout valve handles from 1” up to 14” diameter. Valve cover lockouts are designed with two flattened half moons that completely cover the valve wheel. Made from polypropylene plastic, the V-Safe lockout unit is fully dielectric, resistant to extreme temperature changes (-50Ā°F to 360Ā°F) and resistant to cracking and abrasion. Available in 4 colors: red, yellow, blue and green (specify color when ordering). Color choices are in compliance with those recommended in ANSI Z353.1.

Group Lock Box
The tamper-resistant 13 Lock Group Lock Box helps to simplify lockout procedures for large equipment. Once the equipment or process is locked out, the key or keys are placed in a the heavy steel 13 Lock Box. Then, each authorized work team member places a personal lock or tagout device to the group lock box. This ensures that no single person has access to the box unless all employees have removed their locks or tags. Accepts up to 13 individual locks.

C-Safeā¢ Circuit Breaker Lockouts
C-Safe circuit breaker lockouts are constructed of rigid plastic. Available for either single or double pole circuit breaker lockout applications. The red color helps to identify from a distance. CB01 is a single pole lockout, CB01 requires a switch breaker with a recessed hole in it. CB02 is a double pole lockout that requires the breakers to be connected with a cross bar for lockout application. CB03 is a single pole lockout, that doesn’t require a switch breaker with a recessed hole in it.
