 Combining protection and style, Head-Turners Graphic Welding Helmets are available in high gloss black with eye-catching razor-wire/skull HellRaiser™ design or in patriotric red/white/blue stars and stripes Glory™ design. Features a narrow, lightweight (only 13.8 oz.) shell design that makes these helmets ideal for working in tight spaces and an extended front that increases throat protection against sparks, slag, and fumes. Available with either a NexGen™ auto-darkening lens, a passive shade 10 filter, or a Pro Variable filter. Meets ANSI Z87.1-2003.
Halo X Welding Helmets
Hydraflex™ shell design is extremely lightweight at only 6 oz., reducing ”top-heavy” effect and providing the ultimate in flexibility and durability. Features Duralogic™ high index metallic paint and ergonomic construction to reduce neck tension and fatigue. Easily attaches to safety caps for added head protection. High-impact, seamless, balanced design coupled with sleek graphics encourage worker compliance. Includes new snap-shut, easy-view clamshell with handle for display and carry. Meets ANSI Z87.1-2003 High Impact.
Shadow® Welding Helmets
The narrow shell design makes Shadow Welding Helmets the ideal choice for working in tight spaces. Weighing only 13.8 oz., these helmets are lightweight and comfortable and feature an extended front, which increases throat protection against sparks, slag, and fumes. Withstands radiant heat up to 350°F, a minimum 50% improvement over most other thermoplastic shells. Standard shade 10 polycarbonate filter plate and cover plates are installed at the factory. Available in three different models: The HSL-100 features a 4 1/2” x 5 1/4” fixed front; the HSL-1 features a 2” x 4 1/4” fixed front; and the HSL-2 features a 2” x 4 1/4” lift front. Each helmet includes the new, extremely comfortable 270-S headgear. Meets ANSI Z87.1-2003 High Impact and CSA Z94.3 Standards.
EQC® Series Welding Helmets
By offering a wide range of options, Jackson Safety makes it easy for you to choose the unit that fits your needs. Welding Helmets with NexGen™ EQC® feature 4 sensors in a staggered design to eliminate blocked sensors and soft touch controls to eliminate contaminants and protect from harsh welding environments. Smart View™ LCD provides fingertip control information with 3N1 multifunction capability (grind, weld, cut), and Intellisense™ technology allows unit to detect welds less than 5 amps. Clear-Vue light state allows you to keep helmet down at all times. Filter provides IR/UV. Includes replaceable lithium batteries, low battery indicator, and 800 working hours of battery life. Large window has 9 square inches of viewing area. The Master and Pro Variable series also feature Intellisense™ technology, ideal for low amp TIG, variable shade 9-12, sensitivity and delay adjustments, and 2 independent sensors. The Journeyman® features variable shade and single sensor. All meet ANSI Z87.1-2003.
BOSS™ EQC Welding Helmets
BOSS Welding Helmets provide 13 square inches of viewing area, the largest in the industry, and eye catching graphics that employees want. Also features Jackson’s exclusive amber clear view lens for enhancing visibility and minimizing eye strain, Intellisense™ technology for low amp TIG applications, an adaptable mag lens, and sensitivity and delay adjustments. Includes two independent sensors and a 4” x 5” cartridge that fits Shadow® and Halo X helmets. Variable shade 9-12. Two year performance guarantee.
