Products:Dura-Mesh® 2-Strap Respirators
 These disposable respirators feature a pinch-free nose bridge that comfortably contours to the bridge of the nose eliminates the dis-comfort and constant readjustment that is necessary with metal nosebands. Ventex® valves let hot air out easier, reducing breathing resistance, which keeps workers cooler and allows masks to last longer. Dura-Mesh shells provide bi-directional protection from dirt on the outside and moisture on the inside. Meets heat and flame resistance in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 110-2003, section 7.11.1.
Particulate Respirators with Handystrap®
The Moldex® series 2600, 2700 and 2800 particulate respirators come with a HandyStrap® with buckle that allows the mask to hang down around the user’s neck when not in use. Respirators feature the Moldex® Dura-Mesh® shell, which resists collapsing in heat and humidity. The molded nose bridge seals easily without a metal nose band. The naturally contoured facepiece and Softspun® lining give the respirator added comfort and durability, as well as relieve pressure points. NIOSH certified to have a filter efficiency level of 95% or greater against particulate aerosols free of oil. Meets heat and flame resistance in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 110-2003 Section 7.11.1.
Respirator Lockers®
Ideal for workers at field sites, providing each worker with a personal supply of respirators. Separate compartment permits storage of a used mask during breaks, preventing premature disposal of masks. In most situations, each locker holds a week’s supply of masks. Fits easily in employee lockers and work vehicles. Meets heat and flame resistance in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 110-2003 Section 7.11.1.
Dirt Dawgs® 1200 N95 Disposable Particulate Respirator
Made with a Dura-Mesh® shell that protects the filter media from dirt and prevents the mask from collapsing, Dirt Dawgs offer N95 protection for a variety of industrial applications at an economical price. The contour molded nose bridge seals easily and comfortably without the user having to pinch a metal noseband. The Softspun® inner lining is soft to the touch, which means workers won’t mind wearing it for an entire shift. Dirt Dawgs are NIOSH certified to have a filter efficiency of 95% or greater for non-oil based particulates. Meets heat and flame resistance in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 110-2003 Section 7.11.1.
R95 Particulate Respirators
For protection from oil and non-oil based particulates. Respirators feature the Moldex® Dura-Mesh® shell, which resists collapsing in heat and humidity. It has a molded nose bridge seals easily without a metal nose band. The naturally contoured facepiece and Softspun® lining give the respirator added comfort and durability, as well as relieve pressure points. The R95 Series features the Moldex HandyStrap® with buckle that allows the mask to hang down around the user’s neck when not in use and Ventex® valve which lets the hot air out faster so workers stay cooler. Available with an added carbon or sorbent layer to help filter out nuisance levels of ozone and organic vapors or acid gases (less than OSHA PEL). NIOSH certified to have filter efficiency level of 95% or greater against both oil and non-oil based particulates. Meets heat and flame resistance in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 110-2003 Section 7.11.1.
N99 Premium Welding Particulate Respirators
Suitable for most welding applications. N99 for a higher level of protection. Exclusive Dura-Mesh® shell resists collapsing in regular use and even under hot and humid conditions. NIOSH certified to have a filter efficiency of 99% for particulates free of oil. The adjustable cloth straps (on 2315 model) and molded nose bridge with soft foam cushion offer a more comfortable fit. An exhale valve reduces breathing resistance and hot air buildup for all day comfort. Meets heat and flame resistance in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 110-2003 Section 7.11.1.
N100 Particulate Respirators
Respirators feature the Moldex® Dura-Mesh® shell, which resists collapsing in heat and humidity. Molded nose bridge seals easily without a metal nose band. The naturally contoured facepiece and Softspun® lining give the respirator added comfort and durability, as well as relief from pressure points. NIOSH certified to have a filter efficiency level of 99.97% or greater against non-oil based particulates. The 2730 features the Moldex HandyStrap® with buckle that allows the mask to hang down around the user’s neck when not in use. Also comes with a Ventex® valve, which lets the hot air out faster so workers stay cooler. Meets heat and flame resistance in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 110-2003 Section 7.11.1.
2360 P100 Particulate Respirator
The 2360 P100 features the Dura-Mesh® shell that protects the filter media so it stays cleaner looking longer. Plus, it resists collapsing in regular use and even under hot and humid conditions. Molded nose bridge with foam face cushion eliminates pressure points for added comfort. Also features adjustable cloth straps, Ventex® exhalation valve, and Softspun® lining for increased comfort and durability. NIOSH certified to have a filter efficiency of 99.97% against oil and non-oil based particulates. Meets heat and flame resistance in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 110-2003 Section 7.11.1.
