The flat front shell design of the Standard Series S51 hard hat combines a perfect fit with a look that workers prefer. The sleek, trim shell profile is the most stylish in the industry and also features a rain trough. It is made of lightweight, high-density polyethylene and features a trim profile and a low center of gravity for exceptional balance. Poly brow pad contributes to wearer’s comfort. Available with a 4-point suspension with either self-sizing pinlock or Flex-Gear® ratchet size adjustment. Meets ANSI Z89.1-2003, Type I, Class E and G. Custom logo printing available.

Classic Series Hard Hats

Classic Series hard hats are designed with a wider profile than most, offering heightened protection from the elements, including harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays. Models C30 and C33 come with 6-point self-sizing suspensions with pinlock adjustment, while Models C30R and C33R come with 6-point Flex-Gear® suspensions with ratchet adjustment. Model S61 Hard Hats

Model S61 hard hats feature a worker preferred, low profile shell style and patented comfort suspension, all in an economical package. Suspension features include easy-to-adjust vertical height settings and a large, absorbent cotton brow pad. The 4-point nylon suspension system is available with either self-sizing pinlock or Flex-Gear® ratchet adjustment for custom fit. Non-vented shell style. Meets ANSI Z89.1-2003, Type I, Class E and G. MK2V Bump Caps

The MK2V bump caps provide limited protection against minor bumps and abrasions. It is the only bump cap that can be used with a faceshield, bracket and visor, making it a cost-effective combination. The MK2V shell is ventilated, lightweight and durable. Comes with a replaceable 4-point suspension with vinyl brow pad. Shell is not designed for work situations that require ANSI approved hard hat protection. Custom logo printing available.

Faceshield Brackets

Securely attach hard hats with the faceshield bracket that suits your needs. Gold Line® aluminum faceshield brackets, made from resilient, gold anodized aluminum, resist corrosion and heat, making them ideal for chemical handling and high-heat industrial applications. Dielectric nylon brackets are constructed from lightweight, durable nylon and are better suited for general duty applications. Gold Line (100G) front-mounting aluminum bracket fits hat style Models C30, S51, S61, S62 and 911C. Dielectric (300B) front-mounting nylon bracket fits hat style Models C30, 302RT, Advent®, S51, S61 and S62.

Bullard® Visors

Available in two styles to meet individual needs: Flat acetate is for chemical applications and light impact protection, and heat formed polycarbonate is for high heat applications where there is little or no exposure to chemicals. Heat formed visors are curved to the shape of the bracket to minimize stress cracking and improve ease of attachment. Standard package is 50/carton, sold individually.
